WHAT HAPPENS IF A RAFFLE DOES NOT SELL OUT?

The draw will still go ahead regardless of the number of tickets sold. We do not extend advertised draw dates, so you can be confident that the draw will take place live on the date specified for the competition.

WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WHEN I PURCHASE A TICKET?

Yes. Once you’ve successfully purchased your ticket, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your purchase details and ticket number(s).

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please remember to check your spam or junk folder.

HOW CAN I VIEW MY TICKET NUMBERS?

Your ticket numbers will be included in the confirmation email you receive after completing your purchase.

You can also log in to your Raffle-it account to view your active entries and previous ticket numbers.

HOW MANY ENTRIES AM I ALLOWED TO HAVE IN ONE RAFFLE?

Currently, there is no general limit on the number of entries you may purchase. However, individual competitions may have specific entry limits or conditions, so please check the competition description before entering.

WHERE CAN I WATCH THE LIVE DRAW?

Our live draws can be watched through our official social media channels, including Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.

HOW IS A WINNER SELECTED?

Once a competition has closed, the winning entry is selected using our verified random number generator during a live draw.

The draw is broadcast through our official Facebook and YouTube channels, allowing entrants to watch the process as it happens.

ARE PRIZES EXCHANGEABLE FOR CASH?

Cash alternatives are available for many of our raffles unless otherwise specified.
